These facilities provide a consolidation point for unsorted waste with a focus on re-use and recovery rather than landfill. Materials are sorted and separated before being transfered to other businesses or sites for recycling, and before any waste which cannot be recycled is considered for landfill.
As many of our customers produce waste which may be re-used or recycled, BMI Waste recognises the importance of providing sustainability through alternative processes, and has a particular focus on recycling as much waste as possible and reducing landfill through improved practices.
